Mike Wooldridge

Assistant General Manager

Mike has proudly been involved with the corrugated industry for over 31 years. Starting with an entry level position in 1990, Mike has earned his stripes having worked in many of the roles in a sheetfeeder plant.  In 1999 he was part of the start-up of Pinnacle Corrugated and continuously expanded his role to become the Assistant General Manager. With over 30 years of experience he brings a lot of “hands on” knowledge, from order entry to shipping, and everything in between.

Jane Harris

Controller

Jane Harris is the controller of Pinnacle Corrugated.  She started her role as part-time in January 2015 and became full-time in October 2021.  Before joining Pinnacle, her professional background experience is working in public accounting for 13 years followed by 15 years working in private industry.  She is a proven and hard-working team member and is dedicated in contributing to the success of Pinnacle in the corrugated industry.

Jacob Alderman

Plant Manager

Jacob began his career in the corrugated container industry in 2016 as a Management Trainee and Systems Trainer subject matter expert on Dry End and Conveyor Systems with Schwarz Partners Engineering and Manufacturing Services Group.   In 2019 he joined Triumph Sheets in Tennessee as a Plant Start Up Corrugator Supervisor.  The desire to return to North Carolina brought Jacob to Carolina Container where he served as Maintenance and Project Coordinator involved in the installation  of a high speed Flexo Folder Gluer Evol.   His desire to fully develop his knowledge and experience in the industry led him to join the Pinnacle family in 2022 as Plant Superintendent before becoming Plant Manager in 2025.  Jacob looks forward to continuing his successful career at Pinnacle Corrugated.

Susan Scott

HR Manager

Susan was part of the original start-up team in 1999 and has focused on the corrugated industry for 30 years.  She is dedicated to her job, the employees and truly cares about her Pinnacle Family.  Susan believes the foundation for success comes from treating people the way you want to be treated. In addition to HR and Payroll, Susan is always willing to step up and help a team member. She is the definition of a Team player!

Jessica Landrio

Sales Manager

Jessica began her corrugated journey at a sheet feeder on Long Island, NY. She soon had the opportunity to move to the Boston area to work at New England Sheets, and spent three years diving into the business and learning as much as she could.  in 2010, Jessica moved south to join the team at  Pinnacle Corrugated. She has worn many hats in her time at Pinnacle including Customer Service Manager, Scheduler, and currently as Sales Manager. Jessica is a graduate from SUNY Stony Brook with a BA in Psychology and a BA in Sociology. Growing up on Long Island, NY, I worked at my family’s restaurant for many years. My experience in the restaurant business helped me develop my people skills and sense of urgency. My priority at Pinnacle is to make sure our customers needs are met. My experiences have helped me to provide our customers with creative solutions to serve their needs. When not at work, Jessica enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

 

Carlos Gutierrez

Plant Superintendent

Carlos Gutierrez has been a valued member of the Pinnacle team for 13 years, advancing through roles including dry end, wet end, control room operator, supervisor, and now superintendent. His career reflects a strong work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to excellence. Before joining Pinnacle, Carlos worked at Bank of America, gaining experience that shaped his well-rounded approach to teamwork and leadership. A proud North Carolina native, he attended South Rowan High School and graduated from Catawba College. Known for his positive attitude, Carlos appreciates Pinnacle’s strong, family-oriented culture—his favorite part of the job. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, Amanda, and their four children—Skyler, London, Aiden, and Sadie—on their small family farm. He’s also an enthusiastic Oregon Ducks fan who rarely misses a game.

Nichole Buchanan

Customer Service Manager

Nichole came to Pinnacle in the fall of 2021 and has been a leader for for our customer service team. Prior to joining Pinnacle, she spent over three years in the packaging industry at a converting plant, and over 10 years in banking. She gained a tremendous amount of skills including customer service, purchasing, and scheduling. Working with customers and helping them have the most efficient experience with Pinnacle is where she thrives. Nichole graduated from Wofford College in 2006 and has been living in the Charlotte area now for over five years.  She is an avid runner, having completed many half-marathons and finished her first full marathon in the fall of 2022. In addition to running, her favorite past time is catching any live music. Nichole is thrilled to be a part of the Pinnacle family.  She is passionate about her role as Customer Service Manager and looks forward to continued growth with Pinnacle.

Jaret Boggs

Process Manager

Jaret Boggs joined Pinnacle in 2022 and has made a strong impact through his technical knowledge and leadership. He began as a Plant Trainer before moving into his current role as Process Manager, where he helps drive efficiency and continuous improvement across operations. Before joining Pinnacle, Jaret has been in the corrugated industry since 2012, starting as a stacker and working his way through nearly every position on the corrugator. He spent most of that time as a Wet End Operator before moving into supervision and management roles. A lifelong North Carolinian, Jaret grew up in Rowan and Cabarrus counties and attended East Rowan and Mt. Pleasant High Schools. He values Pinnacle’s great culture and the teamwork that makes the company special. Outside of work, Jaret enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Kayla, and their two sons—Noah and Grayson. They’re also excited to welcome a third boy, Kolton, in December. The family’s two dogs, Callie and Ivy, round out their busy household. Jaret lives by the saying, “If you’re going to do something, do it right the first time.”

Drew Bobo

Safety Coordinator

Drew Bobo has served as Safety Coordinator at Pinnacle since 2021, where he plays a key role in maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. His dedication to safety and continuous improvement has made him a trusted resource across the organization. Before joining Pinnacle, Drew worked as a Director of Safety Operations, gaining extensive experience in developing and implementing safety programs. His background has equipped him with the expertise to foster a strong culture of safety and accountability at Pinnacle. Originally from Flint, Michigan, Drew values the opportunity to work alongside experts and professionals who continually challenge him to grow and do more. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and gardening. Drew is happily married and has pets that keep life lively at home.

Danielle Giddens

Maintenence Manager

Prior to joining Pinnacle in 2023, Danielle worked as the Maintenance Manager at Georgia-Pacific in Asheboro, NC, and served 10 years in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate. Her technical expertise and team-first mindset have made her an invaluable part of the Pinnacle family. A native of Apex, North Carolina, Danielle attended Southeast Raleigh High School and East Carolina University. She loves Pinnacle’s culture, describing the team as hardworking, skilled, and united—capable of achieving anything when they work together. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys graphic design, painting, and photography, but most of her time is devoted to her three energetic sons, ages 20, 12, and 8. Their family also includes a spirited Frenchie puppy named Peaches.
